I had a mixed experience at Ahau Playa. The location was lovely, making it easy for me to explore Playa del Carmen. However, the cleaning of the room was subpar, and I was often disturbed by noise. Overall, it served its purpose but could use some improvements.

The room cleanliness was poor and there was a lack of communication from the staff, which added to the frustration of my stay.
